Looking For Vegan Options Around Joshua Tree National Park? Check Out These Tasty Spots.

For those who are visiting Joshua Tree and are also vegan there is a good handful of restaurants that offer amazing vegan options. And when staying at the WKNDR Joshua Tree getaways (BOOK HERE) you will find yourself close to some of them, including:

1. Boo’s Organic Oven

Not only do we love the food at Boo’s Organic Oven, we also are totally inspired by their backstory. Marylee “Boo” Teichthesen McIntyre opened Boo’s after a move from Michigan to the hi-desert to honor her mother, grandmother and the memories she has of them working together to bake pies, breads, cookies and more. At Boo’s guests will find vegan, non-vegan or gluten-free baked goods ranging from sweet to savory. Beyond pastries, Boo’s also offers breads, breakfast (including Boo’s berry buckle, scones, cinnamon rolls, hand pies) as well as lunch (savory hand pies, pasties, pot pies, Stecca and Spanakopita) items. Our favorite is their Spanakopita. Also for guests who may be in a need of a custom cake, they have these available as well with two weeks notice.
